It can get a little loud outside sometimes with the outdoors music and crowds but overall it was good stay. Our drivers, Cristian and Julio were both very professional and always punctual. I would use the hotel and the services again. Great stay!」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」
