“nothing The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night. The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun. In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase. I complained at check out. I was told that the guest who stayed there the night before had misadjusted the……

“The staff was amazing at the hotel and the room was great with a lovely balcony attached. The staff made sure I was looked after as I injured my knee before coming and needed some small adjustments for my room. They where super helpful and made the arrangements for me whitest checking in to make sure everything was fine. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.”

“La struttura era ben posizionata, facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto di Chania. Il proprietario é stato estremamente disponibile ed ospitale. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per vicinanza, pulizia, ordine e servizi offerti.”

“Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Es wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt und das Bett wurde gemacht. Die Aussicht ist sehr entspannend und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sehr einladend. Überall gibt es seitlich von der Unterkunft Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und drumherum gibt es viele Supermärkte. Einziges Manko: das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Gespräch der Zimmernachbarn. Da uns der Schlaf im Urlaub wichtig ist, würden wir das Zimmer nicht……

“It was a last minute booking, for only one night. When we arrived we were shown our room, which was beautiful and the view incredible. We had dinner in the tavern across the road. The food was wonderful. It was truly a great stay. A longer stay to experience the surroundings and amenities would have been wonderful, maybe another time.”
