「Great stay for a small group! Staff was great and communicative, there was clear instruction on how to get to and from the Chania airport using buses or taxi. Fantastic location to old town Chania! Great beach access as well. Would definitely recommend again. Room can get a little stuffy, but AC fan works perfect」

「Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels...

「The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.」

「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice...

「Food was not great. Milk was actually powdered. On the other hand amenities were amazing and kids had a blast. I would rather just pay for room and go to town to eat instead of all inclusive. The front desk was v helpful. The facilities are well kept and staff was accommodating.」

「The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.」

「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Sehr nettes und liebes Personal! Die Zimmer sind super schön, gemütlich und „schnuckelig“. Sie sind zwar etwas älter, aber dafür wunderschön traditionell eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch die Kissen sind super angenehm. Absolut empfehlenswert!」

「Beautiful newer oceanfront property that has excellent service and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with about half having balconies. Sunset views over the Aegean Sea are amazing. If you plan to get in the sea near the property make sure you bring water shoes along. They also have saltwater pool which is luxurious along with spa. Food quality and service is excellent. Hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the harbor area and flat so easy to walk.」
