"Excelente hotel"

"Amazing stay!!! Would highly recommend to stay at this property!!!"

"Older style ryokan definitely kept the old style, a great experience that I think the newer hotels wouldn’t give you. Great views of the lake, only a 5 minute walk around the corner to see Mt Fuji!"

"Highlight of this place was definitely the view and the dinner and breakfast that they prepare."

"The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even called a taxi for us since we didn't have a Japan number."

"Location was good. Good experience with tatamis for sleeping and the traditional breakfast. The staff is friendly and efficient."

"Place was conveniently located and close to restaurant"

"The highlight of our two week trip through Japan! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Many amenities were provided. The view of Fuji from our room was exceptional. The dinner was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life! 1000/10 would recommend this very special place to anyone looking for a unique stay in Fujikawaguchiko!"

"Hotel is a bit outdated"

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"Will definitely stay in this place again!"
