“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up.……

“The host was not responsive in a timely manner at any time. There were not sufficient blankets/bedding considering the temperatures were in the 20s but there was certainly not going to be a resolution to that. Location immediately next to a highway with significant noise pollution should be disclosed in the listing. Very little sleep was possible between being cold without extra bedding and the highway noise. ”
