Nuneaton Romantic Hotel

"Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable & fits the surroundings. Never used the restaurant facilities due to the high prices so took a quick drive to Sheldon where there’s loads of places to eat which works out way cheaper. Used pool once, area could do with a bit of a refresh and more sun loungers as spa guests hogged them so had nowhere to relax. Kyle, Srujana, Lucia & Ann are wonderful and need credit for their excellent service and friendliness. Was great to take a lovely night walk round the front of the hotel looking for nightlife with our infrared camera. Will definitely be staying again when visiting the area."

"Hotel is very tired, I was under the impression that I had booked a superior room however there was nothing superior about the room I stayed in, cracked toilet, cracked tiles just generally shabby."

"Malmaison is conveniently located a few blocks away from the main train station for Birmingham, and this is in the middle of all the action in the central city, even part of the Mailbox mall with a movie theater and excellent restaurant-bar-pub choices."

"The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Location was good and close to the Bullring and university accommodation buildings. It looked business friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good. "

"It's undergoing renovations in the foyer areas which is fine. My room was ok but some basic things like the toilet flush button was broken and the shower flex was damaged so the head only sprayed sideways. "

"Overall stay was OK. Have been many times before and would go again. However, not sure if unlucky with the room on this occasion. The toilet was very slow filling after flush. Kettle leaked water making it unsafe to use, so didn't use it. Fridge was difficult to open due to door leaning towards floor and needed to prop it up. Would make sure I'm in a different room if I stay again."
