「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The room was clean and fresh smelling, Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast bar was on point, Everything was fresh and a good assortment of items to choose from. Healthy options, and we highly recommend this establishment.」

「There was a crazy emphasis on exercising in the room. Yoga mats were attached to wall, we would have appreciated if they had been used for better lighting. The fitness room was adequate. Everything else was ok except the cleaning staff turned or beds down at night-very nice-but left or room door open. We complained to the manager and they apologized」

「Great staff and fun vibe. The only issue was the loud wall unit at night, but overall a great stay.」
