「I like the proximity to the major freeway interchange of 680 and 17, be able to walk to Valley Fair Mall/Santana Row if I chose to (and I did), and being across the street from Falafel’s Drive-in (had gone there for years when in college, decades before it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives!) The place is clean and modern and fancy. What I didn’t like was that someone took the valet cart and I had to make multiple trips to/from my car on the bottom floor while my room was on the 2nd...

「The room smells bad. There are cockroaches on the table. There are stains on the carpet. The air conditioner is too loud. The vents are filthy, full of dust. The shower switch is old, difficult to operate, and the water temperature is extremely cold. Breakfast is so simple, it is basically a perfunctory customer. The accommodation is very poor」

「Clean room and convenient, connecting to Convention Center. Very polite receptionist and being helpful during the checkin/out. A little suggestion to the hotel: it would be great if the noise from the compressor of the vendor machine, of some floors, could be reduced.」

「Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me.
