「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! 「1000/10 This property was a complete oasis the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Even though Marrakesh is very hot because of all the greenery it was a very nice temperature inside and outside. The rooms were extremely clean if you are barefoot your feet are going to be clean the whole time and it smells very good. The blanket smell freshly clean and they had white sheets. The breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast with all the traditional foods. We will always come back to this...
