The only downside was that the staff rarely used the golf carts to transport guests around the resort. Walking long distances in the intense heat can be exhausting, so more frequent golf cart service would greatly improve the guest experience. Another issue was room service. It only seemed to work if you placed your order through the website, but the website frequently glitched,……
