「Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast. We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」
