D’abord, après avoir conclu ma réservation de 6 nuits, je me suis rendu compte que l’hôte offrait une promotion d’une 7e nuit gratuite à l’achat de 6, lorsque j’en ai fait la demande, ils me l’ont refusé, disant qu’elle s’applique pas. On a passé une demi journée sans eau chaude le matin, ce qui nous a obligé à changer nos plans, ensuite c’est la cuisinière qui chauffait pas, bien qu’ils ont réagi rapidement à nos demande, ces inconvénients ont affecté notre séjour et aucune compensation nous a été offerte. J’ai fait plusieurs demande d’information au concierge au sujet du coffre fort, mes demandes sont restés sans réponse. La plage et la piscine sont proches, de même que l’autoroute, très bruyants jours et nuits, difficile d’avoir une quiétude avec cette situation. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le lave-vaisselle était plein de vaisselle à notre arrivée…
