「This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . 「Location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. A plus was getting the use of a couple of beach chairs since we traveled by air. There was plenty of towels and supplies like paper towels and soaps. The place could have been cleaned better. There was sand in one of the dining chairs and the floor needed mopped. Bed however was clean and comfortable. One elevator was hit and miss and the other was down our entire stay. The staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies.
