「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

Es un atractivo para niños de un día, es preferible solo pedir el AQUANICK si es que se quiere dar lamexperiencia a los niños. En el checkout ha otro cobro de impuestos sorpresa. La habitación tenia un olor...
