“Loved the quietness of the area. Loved the semi-private nature of the beach. Everyone was friendly and fun to chat with. When we had a problem with something in the room, they were quick to address the issue. We were very satisfied with our stay. Loved Anastasia Island and St Augustine. We would definitely return.”

“I was expecting a stay at a 2 star hotel, what I got was one of the best stays Ive had anywhere. It is a little older I believe, but the service level and cleanliness was top notch. Your right on the beach, it has a clean pool. Your less than a mile from several restaurants and 12 miles from the outlet stores. You have beach access by vehicle to A street there. The delivery of breakfast each morning to the room was hot and tasty. Front desk staff was super friendly. This place beat stays for me……

“I stumbled upon this hotel because it was a great price for our week stay for our honeymoon, and I am more than happy I chose it. The staff was amazing, and the location is great. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach. They were under renovation, but it never bothered us. We were suppose to have a jacuzzi tub in our room, but we didn’t get it because of the remodel, which was totally fine. They gave us a discount for it not being exactly what we booked. The only thing I could even complain……

“We stayed for just 1 night but they allowed us to check in early and the room was very clean. I was very pleased that when we opened the door to go in the room the ac was turned on and it was nice and cool and it smelled amazing. I will definitely book this hotel again when we return to St Augustine Beach. ”

“My daughter and I celebrated a late Mother's Day trip at Guy Harvey Resort. I planned to create a pro/con list for this review, but the visit was all pros! First of all, the stellar staff made our stay amazing. My daughter mentioned anyone who worked there seemed to actually like their job! They upgraded our room without hesitation, when they realized Expedia booked a standard instead of a partial view room. Then to our surprise, they had our room ready way before check in.
