It was wonderful to sit just outside our room to see all of the amenities available in the rear of the property and see people coming and going. "I only come this hotel for my brother Imran who is the manager of the hotel. He is the finest person ever existed. The hotel extremely very clean and very beautiful. Wayne he is the nicest manager and very friendly. Hotel very safe and clean then any other hotel surrounded in the Saint Augustine. I was so tired I dropped my wallet near the office Imran came to my room knock ...I didn't answer . Left a note letting me no to come see him at the desk. I highly recommend this hotel for your family, friends, business."

"The location was perfect right in the heart of city center. The Casa Monica is the only hotel my husband and I will ever stay at in St. Augustine. "

"The room was clean. The breakfast area was always clean. This is the third time staying here, we love the location and how close to the old part of town. The only issue with this stay the ac didn’t work very well in our room, we had to turn it down as low as it would go and it still barely blew. I didn’t say anything to the desk because this trip it was not as hot. If it was in the summer I would have told them about it. "
