「Very small room, and had a terrible experience at check out, we asked for late check out and charged 20pounds for one hour extension, we spent 4 nights there already, there’s no service, not welcoming at all 」

「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. 「We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. 」
