「⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Rosemay Boutique Hotel is a mixed experience. The property itself is attractive, and our room, while small, was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the extra restrooms in the hallway, which were helpful when traveling with family. The location is excellent for Heathrow Airport, but not ideal for exploring London. Although there is a bus stop directly across the street and public transportation...

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」

「The room was small and very basic. The twin beds were tiny and pushed together like a double so had to move them apart. underneath the beds it was dirty! Room was SO HOT and no air con! Small fan which was useless. It was ok for a night but wouldn't go back」

「The room was ok; fairly no frills. Clean which is the main thing. The back of the hotel (by the rear car park) needs a lick of paint or (better) a facelift - it prompted deep concern as to what it would be like inside, given how drab it looks from the outside. To our surprise, actually ok once at reception and in to the room. Restaurant was fine, service was fine. Would stay there again if I have an early flight from Heathrow and am looking for a cheaper option.」

「The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.」

「Not a pleasant atmosphere. Property very old . Bathroom stinks, shower leaks and sink blok. Have to change room on the second day which was ok ok not that great. Try to avoid if possible. Only good thing is the staff very helpful.」
