"Very nice hotel with a great location on the Riverwalk with great view of river. The employees were all very friendly and service was great. Direct access to the riverwalk and within walking distance of many attractions and shopping. Elevators were horribly slow."

"Breakfast buffet was the best I have seen in any business class hotel - great variety, fresh, fully stocked. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated; the roof top bar has a great view and not too expensive. Fast elevators. The location is perfect for easily going to Michigan Avenue, The Navy Pier, catching a boat tour, etc."
