「This hotel is trash. We had no electric and water from 10 pm to 8am. It was very hot. When we came here, we were told that the power outage would last 30 minutes to 1 hour. It was miserable. Their internet was very hard to connect too. Ran into many problems.」

「Parking was very easy and I was able to park near my specific room, and the room was clean. It is pet friendly which is nice for those traveling with pets, but because of that don't be surprised if you hear barking at night, which I witnessed during my stay. It did not really bother me as I knew it was pet friendly so it was expected to a certain degree. Staff was super friendly and great with offering suggestions for things to do nearby and places to eat.」

「Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here. We ended up getting a different hotel and Expedia did not refund me but the room was absolutely filthy. Moldy shower curtains, dusty fan, dirty sheets, sticky floor, dead spiders, fingerprints on mirror and a porn vhs in the closet. The key was not provided and room was left open. Later the neighbor knocked on our door to give us back the tv remote. Left because we felt unsafe. 」

「My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth. 」

「No, the pancakes were still out at 330 pm when we checked in, the hot tub was half full and gross looking, there was cigarette butts all over the railings and ground, staff was hard to get a hold off. My room ended up having a broken faucet on the tub and floooded the floor. They had to shut water off to the room and we had to leave and get another hotel. We are having trouble getting a refund because they don’t answer their phones. Horrible place. Will never use again. This place should just...
