「Hotel and property was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was super friendly upon arrival and check-in was easy. My only complaints (and they are very minor) is that the room wouldn't get as cold as we like, and the pillows were too soft. Other than that, it was fantastic!」

「Absolutely delightful. Check in clerk was fantastic. Best decorated hotel anywhere. So clean. Bed was super comfy. The little details were so nice. And the ease of access to hot tub was a great feature. The included breakfast is NOT your typical continental breakfast, on a Sunday at least. I would call it the buffet of 100 selections. Great coffee. Des Lux will be our go to hotel in Des Moines. 」

「The Wildwood is very close to a great trail along Walnut Creek- perfect for morning walk. The breakfast is varied and substantial. Easy on and off to the freeway. I always stay here when in Des Moines.」

「This is our 5th time staying at Surety. The only negative this trip was that I requested housekeeping every day and never received it. 」

「Had a great room, 2 queens and sofa was comfy enough to sleepin too. Only negative was breakfast area is too small and staff didn't keep it filled up with stuff, no napkins, coffee, food, etc... this was during their busy time but they didn't seem able to see what was low and get on it.」

「Rooms were spacious. Staff was polite and orgsnized but not at the desk. Hotel could use a good cleaning snd update」

「The room was large, clean, and exactly what my family needed. The main downside was the conference room on the second floor that was right across from our room. One day we had 20 or 30 guys standing in the hallway waiting for the room to open so we had to maneuver around them to get in and out of our room. The trucking company, TCM, right next door obviously uses the hotel for training which was a little frustrating. The staff, pool, and breakfast were all wonderful. 」
