「Property had a great location. Check-in/check-out process was super easy, and there's a coffee shop in the square right next door. Only issue was the AC was pumping out hot air on our last night and we couldn't figure out our to get it to work. Didn't have the chance to get the staff to troubleshoot it as it was quite late when we discovered the issue.」

I was working on this trip and was not able to participate in two brief, but very important zoom calls. The Wi-Fi password they supplied initially did not work, the second network password was unstable and they were very slow to respond to my urgent requests for assistance.
