The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”

“If you are looking to book this hotel, don’t bother! When we arrived we assumed the hotel served breakfast as the title of the hotel is ‘B&B’, they do not serve breakfast which wasn’t the end of the world but a bit of a inconvenience, one lady on reception gave us some recommendations and was very helpful. When we got to the room it wasn’t very clean, it was quite run down, walls were dirty and marked, also our bedsheets were unclean, also only one workable plug socket in the room, the fridge……
