「距離羅馬廣場步行距離，但是經過一個狹長有流浪漢的隧道。附近是超市和水上巴士站，非常便捷。公共浴室較乾淨，等待沒有順序，伺機而動。」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. 」

「Loved the asethetics of this apartment and especially that we had a canal view with a balcony. The 2 rooms were large and nicely appointed and the location was great. Check in via Valentina and Fabio was wonderful and smooth」

「The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Alessandra went out of her way to secure a water taxi for me when the trains and water buses went on strike. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would stay here again. 」

「The cleaning work is not very good amd they only have us one roll of toilet paper each day when we ordered a twin bed room. It was not enough. But the staffs were nice.」

「房東回覆很快速~在約定的時間就在樓下熱情的接待我們,說我們是他們到目前為止入住的少數台灣人喔!!她先帶我們上樓check房間的設備,桌上備有可愛小指南簡介,還有寫出推薦餐廳!!總共有兩個房間~空間還算寬敞,以威尼斯的平價住宿來說,這間的裝潢算是很新的了~而且也頗乾淨!!冷氣很強(只是偶爾會有怪聲哈)大家要小心不要亂開窗威尼斯蚊子很多 :D 比較值得注意的是浴室淋浴的空間偏小,對於男生可能會比較不舒服,偶爾熱水會不穩,WIFI不強喔 XD 我們退房是搭當天晚上的火車離開,很推薦的是可以寄放行李唷!! 樓下的餐廳很好吃~覺得貴的朋友也可以買超市食物回民宿煮來吃(有廚房)~~」

「位置離車站只有一站的船班（也可以用走的）。服務人員熱情、可用英文溝通，一開始給錯房間主動過來告知詢問是否要更換。房間稍小，整體還算舒適。退房後可協助寄行李！」

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away. There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night. The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "
