「Waikaloa Colony Villa Condos are conveniently located in the Waikaloa Resort area. They are well maintained and very quiet! Pool area is beautiful! Condo is well appointed with spices, beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Beds are comfortable and ceilings fans keep condo cool enough, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning very often at all. We would love to stay here again!!」

「The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends.」

「Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. It’s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views...

「We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time.」

「Really great location and condo. As mentioned in other reviews, the thermostat is locked so you have to go back and change it back to 75 every few hours. They don’t provide an abundance of dishwasher pods or laundry soap so we ran out on a 7 day stay. The washer gets stuck and has to be run, drained, and re spun. The guest suite air conditioner froze up and didn’t work a few days. There is 1 pack n play. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was a great location with a beautiful view and access to...

「Waikoloa Beach Resort was the best place to stay on the big island. Queens marketplace is a quick walk from the property and has everything you need. I loved the community pools and really enjoyed using the Hilton pool pass. The property itself was very comfortable, well equipped and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas came in handy and we used them daily. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. I would love to stay...

「Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit」
