「My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. 「Beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets and event venues!! 「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「This was a last minute booking and the host was very responsive and welcoming. It was very clean, and comfortable. I wish there had been a guest book with TV operating instructions and local places that delivered and that Harris Teeter (grocery store) was 1/2 a block away. Overall lovely last minute find. 」
