「Location is good which easy to Waterloo, London eye,bridge , Tower of London . The room really small was the only not perfect. The hotel’s style just like W but smaller. 」

「The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me. My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.」

「It was wonderful but shortly after leaving, I got a bill via email from them?! I am not paying it. Let me know if you find out what happened. If they continue to harass me, I'll notify you again. Thanks. Other than that , this place was fantastic!」

「Great location, reasonable price, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast provided.」

「Clean and spacious enough. But I have concern with the location of the electrical wall socket where I can plug the hair dryer and can see myself at the mirror while using it. The distance from the socket and the mirror is long hence I have difficulty to pull the hair dryer near me. The hotel location is convenient to access the underground subway. Many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. 」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」
