「Hot tub was dirty and room was overall in poor condition. 」

「The property was in pristine condition located near the Volcano Village and highway. We had a little difficulty with the cable TV and lighting & ceiling fan control but otherwise experienced no problems other than the constant chirping of Coqui frogs which are common throughout the area.」

「Easy check in, cool spot. It's a very humid place in a thick rainforest, so there are some obvious drawbacks. The hot tub was nice and the area was really cool though, we had a good stay. 」

「We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.」
