“So nice to have a separate bedroom and living area with a tv in each one. Very comfortable bed. Toilet was a little low with no grab bar close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. For a 4 floor hotel there should have been more than one elevator installed. The appearance of the existing elevator does not inspire confidence. Control panel was loose, elevator itself worn looking compared to the rest of the hotel. Other than that, the wifi works great. Would suggest more signage in suite……

“The parking attendants were friendly and the night shift front desk staff were great, but that's where the positives end. The two daytime front desk clerks were a disappointment, one older lady was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the other sits in the back and is extremely slow. Not the welcome you expect. The room had a bad odor and wasn't as clean as it should've been. Worst of all, I spotted a roach - that's a dealbreaker for most people. The A/C unit made loud, disruptive noises all night……
