“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”

“Lovely condo with gorgeous ocean view on the top floor! This place had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation, including fins, googles and beach towels. The condo decor was so tasteful and tropical, loved that. Nothing felt cheap, very nice comfortable bed and linens. For the price and the great location right across from the king Kamehameha resort, this was a real bargain. Would be happy to return! I would want people to be aware however that because this particular unit is on……

“The condo is conveniently located parking was easy people at the desk were friendly. The condo I rented, 207, could use a little updating. It was nice and clean. The view is spectacular. ”

“The place was very nice and in a great location. I found it strange that the host came by an knocked on the door an hour after we arrived (I had to jump out the shower to answer) and then asked me 5 times to let her know when we planned on leaving via text and with a note even tho the listing said checkout is at 10 am. Was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. ”

There were a few minor issues with the plumbing - bathroom faucet, shower drain and the office was closed during the holiday weekend so we couldn't report until check out. I assume they will be resolved by maintenance right away.”

“Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. Most units are welcoming (flowers, complementary chocolates, coffee, and welcoming reminders about check……
