"We've stayed here before and had a better experience. We happened to be in a room in the building that was recently "remodeled" due to water damage last August but the workmanship is pretty shoddy. The beds are hard, but the sheets and comforter are nice. The pullout sofa is thin, springy and you can feel every bar under it - awful. The dishwasher couldn't close properly due to the housing cabinet being ill-fitted so beeped constantly (though they did send someone out to "fix" this.) There was...

"Very nice hotel.. very close to a field that we were in town for a tournament for. My only complaint is that the staff did not see to like all the kids staying there. Just not super kid friendly."

"First time we’ve stayed at this Hilton in downtown Asheville. Usually we stay at the Marriott. We were here only one night. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like it only recently been refreshed. The staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again. "
