“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.”

“Red Flag: Hung “Housekeeping” sign and light but no housekeeping done. When “Do not disturb” sign and light was signalled, room was clean and reset but I left all my personal belongings open and unlocked - I hung the DND for a reason why would you go in? It felt so unsafe and broken of trust, nothing was stolen but I’m confused at their housekeeping practices??? Everything else is borderline alright, location is seconds away from Oxford Street with lots of convenient shops around for daily……

“The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. ”

“Gorgeous reception upon arrival by Alex, lovely room, aircon in this heatwave was very much appreciated and room was super cool on arrival. We were getting married the following day, so the hotel staff had left a bottle of prosecco in our room to enjoy! Room was gorgeous, bed and bedding comfy to sleep in, black out curtains. Breakfast room was lovely, as was the spread of options.”
