“OMG the MEAT omelette....”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Room was great. We had lived in Wilmington and fire pits.area for 28 years and never realized there was a place like ARRIVE in downtown area. It was like a mini resort with the outside area and fire pits. ”

“Kasa was the perfect place for me to stay on my recent trip to Wilmington. I needed 2 bedrooms for my mom and I, but didn't want to get 2 hotel rooms, so this was really the perfect solution. And not only was it super reasonably priced, and centrally located to everywhere I needed to go, it was also right on the Cross City Trail, so I could also go for a run every morning, which was an unexpected awesome bonus. “The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.”

“This is an excellent place. Clean and very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet. Spacious rooms and wonderful private baths. Pleasant sitting rooms and friendly hosts. All of our needs were met even nice selection of beer,wine, snacks and merchandise. ”
