「I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. 「Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. 「It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「Exceptional property and wonderful team. The Sunny family really made sure we have the best experience in Bali. The property is down a long driveway meaning you get the best sleeps but you are also in the hub of Canggu and everything is just a quick Gojek/Scooter away. Anytime we had a question or needed something the Sunny team were more than happy to help. The villa is spacious, modern and clean. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend 」
