"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. "This was our 2nd stay at this property. We enjoyed staying there so much that we came back. The first time we stayed in a villa. This second time we decided to stay main pool side and were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool. Spacious and comfortable. Loved it. Btw this is an adults only hotel. Wonderful, huge breakfast with great coffee. We also had a very good lunch. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very central but quiet. Will stay there again on our next trip to Ubud. "
