“Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all,.we didn't ask for favors we were willing to pay and they still didn't accommodate. For the price $1071 for 3 nights and tbe reputation i was expecting way better.
The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking.
Pictures and reviews are very misleading.
I hope this will help others choose better. ”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service were terrific! Only one complaint: the food. Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. ”
