「What a pleasant surprise!
Upon first walking in to the resort, one is welcomed by a lovely beachy-calming scent, a waterfall feature wall, and a smiling team member.
I usually shy away from "family friendly" type places because that typically means noisy, dirty, and don't even think about doing the buffet breakfast. However, here, not only did the team members keep the enormous amounts of beach sand from being everywhere, but the hotel was quiet after 10pm.

「Everything was perfection - the only minor suggestion I would have is either a small desk and/or a luggage stand. But the grounds, location, service were outstanding.」
