“We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:20 and found there was no bread left. At 9:40, a staff member was already standing at the entrance, as if discouraging guests from continuing with breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely scarce, and well before the 10:00 AM closing time, quite a few items had already been removed. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.”

“We booked a vacation on a budget this year so we weren’t expecting a 5 start resort we arrived and we had a few issues mainly because of the housekeeping staff. The staff outside of housekeeping was amazing. We arrived late Saturday there was still food in the fridge in both my room and my parents room, there were a bunch of water bottles behind the pull out couch in my room and the sheets on my parents bed were dirty and needed to be changed. Also the original room I was in had a roll away AC……

“The day I arrived and got to my room, I found the shower faucet was not working properly later. I turned, I pulled and twisted to the best of my ability and no water would come out. I reported it to the front desk. The next day I called and talked to Andre, the manager and he rudely said it was working fine and he would show me how to use it. When I returned to the motel that day, I asked Mike who was working the front desk to come up and try the faucet. He tried it and watched me try it and……

“We had just left quality Inn beach front from 6/28 to 7/2 . We decided to stay extra day but they didn't have any rooms left so we booked extra night at kokomo suites. Now mind you there has been several times at many different hotels that we checked in a little early like the most an hour early if home was ready. We got to kokomo suites about 30 mins before check in to inquire if possible to get into our room if ready. The young lady at the desk said oh it will be a 10.00 extra charge for……
