She said I could read the directions myself because I was looking at a prompt with all my information on it claiming it was a credit card when it was rewards to sign up for choice hotels. 「Resort is nice in lobby, great coffee place onsite. but the pool was so crowded kids everywhere splashing and with floating rings . If you are looking for a quiet relaxing time at pool this is not the place. It was very noisy on the hallways by my room at 12at night. Young teens playing outside hallways. Rooms were nice and clean.」

「The room was recently remodeled and very clean the bathroom was not very big and the housekeeping service was pretty much absent but all in all we enjoyed the room and the private balcony and it was close to the beach」

「Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
