「We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.」

「Everything was better than described. Communication was great. Cute & cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of board games and TV channels if you want to stay in. Didn't use the hot tub, but it smelled clean and was in good condition. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt very safe. There is a bus stop across the street although we didn't ride, an option if you don't have a car. Enjoyed a couple of places Russell recommended on/near Main St. (Wibby...

「The studio is very nice and well appointed. It is in the basement of the owners house and has its own entrance on the back of the house. Nice kitchenette (sink, fridge, stove, etc.) shower, large and comfortable bed. The only point to note is the ceiling height is probably 6 feet 1 inch. I am under 6 feet so not an issue. Close to Pearl Street. I would stay there again.」
