「I’m extremely disappointed with our stay, especially after a six-hour drive and arriving expecting the accommodations and amenities that were advertised when I made the reservation.
First, I specifically booked a room that was supposed to have two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, accommodating five guests. Instead, we were given a room with two queen beds and a chair. 「El desayuno muy simple. Ponen poco y si se acaba, de malas. Ni huevos ni yogurth, como en otro hoteles. Lo que mas me molestó fue que el primer dia habian dos bananos pichos. Es mejor que no pongan fruta si la que van a poner esta dañada.」
「I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.」
「I've never stayed in a nicer hotel and looking forward to another stay. Great value. I couldn't stay for breakfast but they put a few things out for me at 4 am so I could get my flight. So clean!! The manager and customer service person in the early morning were both delightful. I can't wait to stay there again!!!!!」
