“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“The room was dirty an Ac was loud very loud. The shower water leaked out into the bedroom floor we had to put towels dow anytime we had a shower. The food was bleak. Not very much variety and the staff at the restaurants especially the buffet were so rude. It’s like they decided when we got coffee not when we wanted it!!! We will NOT be back here an will NOT recommend it to anyone else ”

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We……
