This was my very first time visiting Cancun. Everyone that works here is so friendly. I had arrived at 10 or 11 am - Check in wasn't available until 3 pm but they were able to let me into my room earlier which was so awesome. The room and bathroom are huge and very clean. I had hot water for showers everyday.
The balcony was beautiful. I loved to sit out and drink my coffee each morning while the sun rose. This really is an amazing stay.
I did not receive a code for the front door, only the front gate. So I had to have the security guard or the housekeeper let me in each day.
The security guard was super nice, he had no problem letting me in each day - sometimes multiple times a day. I did try an reach out to the owner or person through WhatsApp, Multiple times, to recieve my code to the front door but never received a reply or code for the front door.
It is within walking distance of a couple of convenience stores. They also have complementary coffee in the kitchen. I did not get a chance to use the pool, as I was having dental work done the whole time but it looked very clean and clear. The kitchen and dining room are beautifully decorated. Very welcoming. The Vica Guest house will be where I stay when visiting Cancún in the future. They are all very nice and welcoming.
