“We had an incredible stay at Lumina! The grounds are beautifully kept, with great attention to detail. Our cottage was perfect- very private and well decorated. The cottage was able to open to the outdoors, but also had great AC for when it was too warm and you wanted to close things up. Very nice breakfast each day. “This has been one of the most memorable lodging I've ever had. To have an entire 3-story house in the middle of Ubud is something for the books. The rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. I wish we had stayed more!
The staff were also among the best I've ever encountered. Super accommodating and helpful!
Breakfast and In-room dining were spectacular.
Their in-house massage therapists were excellent and quite affordable.

“The hotel was very nice. We stayed in the two villas that sleep 4 people. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Their air conditioning was only for the bedrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had a driver with the hotel, so getting into town was easy.
We tried walking from the hotel to find a restaurant and ATM and didn't find anything except one bakery that was walkable. you need a cab or gogek to get anywhere.”

This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. Breakfast was delicious, especially the duck rice at the restaurant—I still miss it after leaving! I’ll definitely come back to this hotel next time. Big thanks to all the staff for their wonderful service.
