"The buffet was nice. Not impressed with the restaurants. Almost impossible to get a reservation. You can only book for two days in advance and when we could find an availability, it was for 8-8:30. Needed a room change because our bathroom door fell off the rails. And none of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked. That being said, we still had a wonderful time. Drinks were great. Beach beautiful Friendly staff. "

"During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, I encountered some issues: - Pillows: Extremely flat and lacking support, making for an uncomfortable sleep. - Breakfast: Although I paid extra, the pancakes were hard and cold, and the oatmeal was watery. The restaurant staff, however, was efficient and pleasant. - Forgotten Items: I left my black hoody with white "Calvin Klein" lettering on the left-side arm in the closet but did not receive a call from the hotel. I believe hotels should make an effort to contact guests about forgotten valuables, especially if they make an effort to reach out for payments or promotions. How wonderful if someone would’ve reached out to me. This review would’ve been more favorable. Overall, I wouldn't mind returning due to cleanliness and staff. I hope they improve their breakfast and pillow quality and enhance communication regarding forgotten items. Thank you."

"We had a room that kept flooding and someone took my clothes from my lounge chair. Most of the waterpark rides were closed. It’s usually my favorite place to go…"

"Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. We told him me and my wife was there for my birthday and the next day he surprised us with a birthday balloon. Such a nice gesture. Thanks OVI and staff for such a nice birthday experience!!! Will be back for sure!!! "
