Also being that the hotel was on a canal, we could take a private taxi direct from the airport directly to the front steps of the hotel, which was wonderful to not have to deal with our luggage. “Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!”

The location was perfect for walking around Venice and we were able to walk to most points within a few minutes. The building has kept most of its historic charm and provides a stay that transports you to a life in history. The owners were WONDERFUL! They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, assistance booking local transportation, and made delicious cappuccinos at……
