“Great breakfast, nice old building, great location. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars all around was issues with Wi-Fi that the staff weren’t willing to help us fix. We ended up finding the solution ourselves (logging in with a laptop and using the assigned username and password to log in to our iPhones, when the Sign Up to Login option kept failing on our iPhones), but we would have preferred that the staff take ownership of the problem and help us. ”

“Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. ”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”
