“Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. ”

“Excellent instructions on how to get to property. Great communication. The were 2 things that I didn’t liked. One the room smelled like smoke and host informed that was cleaned. It was cleaned , but every time we came back it smell like smoke. Second I selected pay @ property and tgey send mexa link. Nobody was @ property. Just for people to be aware of this. ”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door.
We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night.
The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good.
It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time.
It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”
