「Beautiful hotel in great location. Short walk to St. marks square and Doge’s palace but also to quiet streets for a break from the crowds. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable.」

「wonderfully amazing experience! it's a small boutique hotel but it's got everything! friendly and helpful staff that make u feel truly welcomed. spacious and chic design. bed super comfy. steam in the shower. great breakfast in room. i couldn't recommend this gem enough! well worth every penny!!! also some great italian restaurants within minutes of walk.」

「A very nice stay. 」

「They re-set our room twice a day and were so helpful with maps / tours etc.」

「Best view very nice staff」

「The hotel is in perfect location in Venice, and it is close to the ferry. The down point is air conditioning not strong enough & we were in the Aug hot season….」

「Best hotel experience in Venice, bar none」

「Clean and well decorated. The B&B is very close to the ferry terminal.」
