“Check in was easy and communication smooth and quick. We were able to check in early as our rooms were ready. Admittedly the 4 flights of stairs are quite horrendous but the room is fabulous. We also felt safe leaving our large luggage downstairs as we were only using it as a single night stay over. ”

“This property is wonderful in many ways. Read the whole review if you are going there. The apartment has 2 rooms w A/C. The shutters block out the noise that always happens, everywhere, in Venice during the day. It is only about 100 feet/30 meters from the Hotel Scandinavia. Knowing this will help you figure out how to get there. It is about 12 minutes from the Realto bridge (Orange Line ferry) from the airport. Your phones directions will often get confused, due to the tall brick……

“Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! “A localização era ótima. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé facilmente e tem vários restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. O casarão é antigo com acesso ao quarto por escadas, mas foi muito tranquilo. O quarto era espaçoso com cama grande e banheiro confortável, com um bom chuveiro. Trocaram as toalhas e fizeram limpeza diária do quarto. Tinham chinelinhos e mimo (adoramos) e água também. Recomendamos a hospedagem.”
