"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!"

"It was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The self service luggage storage was super helpful, especially with a airport bus stop right outside the property. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, so the location is really good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay.
The location was perfect, convenient and close to restaurants, shops. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay."
