"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It took me a bit to figure out how to get onto the wifi, but once I was on, it was good. I becameca member and didn't realise I needed to restart my phone to access it. I'm not very technically minded. The staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast, although I'd recommend going earlier rather than later as at 10am, it was quite busy and it was harder for staff to keep up with replinishing plates, cups, and sausages. Not their fault, it's just how it is when it's busy! The scrambled eggs were actually tasty, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay in a Moxy again."

"Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and lovely. Bathroom a little dated, with some cracked/ chipped tiles but nothing that affected our stay. Great location for ExCel and perfect to relax in the deck on a sunny spring morning. "

"Very poor! Complete rip off of £80! Would have been disappointed if I’d of been charged £40. Staff were rude when trying to find my room Was in the lift with 2 other girls lost trying to find their room so I wasn’t the only person with the same issues. One plug socket that was nowhere near the bed. Paid for breakfast but couldn’t even get anything as was a massive line of people, nothing even hot. Room was like a prison cell. STAY CLEAR "

"Way too hot, need to turn the heating down or allow the air on to run at lower temps. Mediocre breakfast and the beds were not long enough. Showers are perfect if your 5ft 4in. "
