「Loved the resort. Just wish I knew a lot of the things to do you had to have reservations. Did not get to eat at one of the places because you had to be in line at a certain time. But we all had fun. Nice place and clean. Would recommend to all my friends and family.」

「Drink and restaurant's staff were amazing ! Clean pools the kids had an amazing time. Great resort for family's. The only downside was how busy it was line ups to the buffet. No hot water in both our bathrooms even shower head wasn't properly we requested someo」

「Room was clean but some sliding door repair was needed. Staff were friendly. Pool is excellent.」

「Poca información sobre las instalaciones no tiene playa mi habitación no servía el internet y para cómo se descompuso la chapa de la Puerta como lo ponen deja mucho que desear」

「 Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. 」

「We stayed for 5 nights. Overall, the hotel was good and offered the usual amenities found at other resorts in the area. However, a few things need improvement to make it a higher-quality experience: 1. Food quality: The food at both the buffets and restaurants was average. We tried five different specialty restaurants, all beautifully designed, but the food quality was disappointing. 2. Unpleasant smell: There was a bad sewage-like smell throughout the hotel, which seemed to be an ongoing hotel...

「Amazing family friendly resort. Staff is great, food was good, pools and beach were nice. Will be back again.」

「Stunning property, beautiful room views, amazing pools! Staff were 5 star. Would love to come back!」

「Wouldn’t recommend this property. Terrible food, understaffed, and the limited staff are not helpful. Overall, I will not recommend it to anyone with little kids.」

「Buenos」

「Zilara is An Amazing Experience. From the staff to the food to the rooms and amenities! The pool was large enough and clean and a cool temperature. The Spa was unbelievable it was amazing ! The Beach was Amazing !! Will definitely be a yearly destination for me !」

「All restaurants we tried (Azul, Cocina de Autor, Piaf, Chaká, Lucca) were excellent, better than anything else we have tried in Cancun, and certainly at the top compared to all the other resorts and restaurants we have eaten in around the world. If you are looking for an uncrowded resort with excellent food and don't mind paying for it, then consider the Gran Velas. There is a lack of sports activities for adults, but I think this is fine as long as you come with this understanding.」
