“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gloucester Holiday Inn. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in our first visit to Gloucester. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, and the staff very helpful. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. However he has reacted expressionless while we asked for check out and not even saying a goodbye or thank you for staying to us; As a customers,it’s not a good impression at all while they served you with……
