"This property was listed on Expedia, but was actually a VRBO and when I booked it the price was higher than the Expedia listing. When I arrived the front door of the building was open and a man was changing in the hallway. The stairs up to the unit were crumbling and unsafe. "I had a great time here! There was a minor miscommunication about the check-in code, but Camille was incredibly responsive (got back to me within five minutes) and it was all sorted. The place itself was clean and quiet, just what I was looking for. This place is just down the street from Milano's, around the corner from Dinette Triple Crown, and there's a small park down the street (I visited in June 2021 from elsewhere in the city and loved the chance to explore a new place)."

"Stayed at L’Appartement Hôtel in Montreal for a family trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or any requests we had. The hotel is definitely family-friendly, with spacious rooms and a convenient setup that works well when traveling with kids. The location is also great for exploring the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. Overall, a good choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Montreal. "
