「The room wasn't quite the luxury room it claimed to be. The online pics were a little deceptive」

「Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

「Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. 」

「This place is great value for money, great transport routes... quiet residential area, shop right next door... spacious rooms, kitchen very well equipped everything you need to cook meals... AND ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS... we will definitely be coming back again And host is friendly and helpful 🙂 😊」

「Just one thing want to be aware of they have a carpark on their website indication. but actually they hasn't included free carpark - If you traveling by car, please search the car park nearby hotel, they would suggest you could park on the street parking nearest hotel. but that is not free and not easy to find. Another thing need to be addressed is the check out time is wrong on their website. It is 11am need to be returned the room, however in the website is indicates the check out time is...

「Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more」

「Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot.
