「Amazing stay and wonderful team. 」

「It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)」

「Everything was perfect, room spotless, staff were super friendly, couldn’t do enough. My two children loved their stay and can’t wait to go back.」

「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from...

「In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. 」
